We are confident that we will deliver what we promised.

Every project that we undertake comes with a money-back satisfaction guarantee. If satisfaction or timeliness is not achieved, we will process your refund, less the administrative fee of 10% of the total project amount, immediately upon receiving your written request to cancel the project. We may ask you to include your reasons in the written request and gather some feedback from you, so as to improve our services for existing and future clients.

This is a REAL money-back guarantee to prove that we are confident of our services, professionalism and work quality. Unlike other companies, we do not charge any hidden fees to cover our losses. Our terms are transparent and clearly written out so you are not misled.

For Graphic and Web Design Projects, our Satisfaction Guarantee is only applicable to the conceptual phase. The conceptual phase is defined as the begining phase whereby your design is being conceptualized and put into a sketch or draft (usually in electronic formats). You may ask for a refund if you are not satisfied with the first round of concepts provided. You will be asked to provide the reasons to your cancellation and only valid reasons will be honored. Personal reasons like "I am moving out of town" and "I have changed my mind, I do not need a logo now" will not be honored. Additionally, once you have chosen a concept and we have started on the revisions (the process of refining the chosen concept to bring it closer to your taste) or implementation, you can no longer request for a refund.

For Logo Design Project, our Satisfaction Guarantee is applicable to all phases. You may cancel anytime if you feel that we may not be in the right path, despite after several rounds of concepts or revisions. As with Graphic and Web Design Projects, you will be asked to provide the reasons to your cancellation and only valid reasons will be honored.
